Jigger
From initial concept to final bulk production this product is a complete PES product. It has been produced as a Gift With Purchase item that helps the Hendrick's brand stand out in different off trade channels. Its function is to measure four different volumes of liquid: 25, 30, 50 and 60 ml. This product's shape is inspired by Victorian aesthetics and the ridge detail adds both to the visual appeal and to the function of measuring different volumes.
After first developing several concept and corresponding 3D printed prototypes we took on the challenge to develop the biggest and most complex tool in our company's history. Using this massive tool and applying different other manufacturing techniques we produced the Jigger from stainless steel and lacquered it in food graded copper color. The final touch was made by using laser engraving to mark the four volumes.
